This agency is an established Quantitative & Trading Tech Recruitment company looking for Quantitative Tech & Trading focused Recruitment Consultants. What's on offer?
- Clients: Tier 1 funds, working with a select group of clients such as DeShaw, Citadel, Millennium, Jane Street, Hudson River etc.
- Weekly hiring calls with main points of contact
- Quarterly trips to the US & APAC to meet in person
- Strong terms, working with clients at 25-30% across the board
The role?
- Up to £70,000 base salary + commission up to 40%
- Average fees of £80,000 & highest fees of £400,000 (earning £32,000-£160,000 on a single placement!)
- Specialist Technology Trading, Quantitative Research, Portfolio Management / Trading (AI & Machine Learning, Software Engineering & Data) firm, that recruits across Europe & the US
- Delivery focused role - no BD required
- Central London based
- Working on an exclusive + retained basis within Hedge Funds, Systematic Funds, Prop Trading Houses
- Very strong client relationships in growing companies which seem to defy the current market conditions.
