Northern Education Trust (NET) is a charitable education Trust with a good track record for school improvement. The Trust sponsors 30 academies; 17 secondary and 13 primaries across the North of England in fourteen Local Authority regions.
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and suitably experienced individual for the above key position within the Trust. The ideal candidate will be a talented and innovative HR professional who can deliver a professional HR service to senior leaders, employees and governors across the Trust, supporting them to secure positive outcomes for our students.
You will take a proactive role in assisting senior leaders with their HR needs and problems through case and project management, including grievance, discipline, capability, appraisal and attendance management. You will also take the lead on whole school TUPE processes as well as any staffing restructures.
You will be CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent; have experience of working in the education sector and be focused on providing effective business solutions for the real challenges that leaders face. You will be able to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to offer education focused solutions, putting students at the heart of all decisions.
