Duty Manager

- Working Days: 5 days out of 7
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Duty Manager to join our busy café in Cumbria. This full-time, permanent position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure the café runs smoothly.
- Manage and schedule staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
