We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Native German or fluent German speaking Compliance Administrator to support with our EU and Swiss candidate onboarding and associate placement administration. This role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to EU (including Germany and Switzerland) employment regulations, contractual compliance, and internal policies. Working for our experienced EU facing Senior Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in providing a proactive and high touch service to our sales team and to all the candidates we work with.

The Compliance team supports our Sales Floor, owning all candidate compliance, onboarding and placement administration.

  • Contract & Documentation: Draft, review, approve candidate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Contractor & Client Compliance: Oversee onboarding processes, verifying necessary documentation, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Conduct regular compliance audits, assess potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate non-compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related queries from internal teams, clients, and contractors. Generate reports on compliance metrics, audit findings, and regulatory changes, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Training & Policy Implementation: Educate internal stakeholders on compliance best practices and assist in rolling out new policies and training initiatives.

You must be a native or fluent German speaker. Previous experience within a compliance or contractor administrator role is key to this position, preferably with wider European or Swiss experience. Proven experience in compliance administration within a corporate environment. Knowledge of UK employment laws, GDPR, and recruitment industry compliance standards. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and implement practical solutions. Proficiency in CRM systems, compliance management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive compliance matters. Adaptability to evolving regulations and business needs.

Full-time position with standard office hours, with occasional need for extended hours during peak periods. Hybrid working environment, 3 days in office per week (5 mins from Liverpool St Station).
