About the Role: The Organisation Design Analyst will support strategic planning and transformation by modelling current and future-state structures, conducting capability and gap analyses and supporting change implementation across critical business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced modelling of the “as is” and “to be” organisation design
  • Conduct scenario analysis for alternatives that could be more efficient or cost effective
  • Undertake capability gap analysis & modelling
  • Spans & Layers assessments, Job Family & Role Design and implementation in target areas
  • Assist in workshop facilitation and output capture
  • Maintain records and audit trails of all processes and changes for future reference
  • Support change impact assessments and transition planning for teams affected by OD changes

Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced analytical skills within OD
  • Direct OD experience in a B2B technology or services business a distinct advantage
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling skills, with experience of data evaluation and cleansing
  • Analytical and financially cost and benefit astute
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adept at complex workshop facilitation and accurate output capture
