Here at Academics Berkhamsted we are ready to expand again and are looking for a Resourcer / Trainee recruitment consultant to join our very successful team!

Our Education resourcer role would be the perfect role for a graduate or someone with Sales or Recruitment experience in another Sector who would like to learn to recruit into the education market. Our office recruits Teachers and support staff for Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. Due to our success sourcing candidates for our Special Education Needs schools, we are now ready to expand our service and we are looking for a hardworking and resourceful Resourcer to join our established SEN team and help source the best candidate for our fantastic schools.

Applications would be most welcome from people with excellent communication skills and the drive and determination to go the extra mile to find our schools the staff they need. You will need to be resilient, hardworking and organised. Working with education staff also requires a good standard or written and spoken English and any promotional social media skills you may could be advantageous.

You will be joining a very friendly and supportive team who share best practice. You can expect a full 7 week induction and training process to help you transition into your new role. Internal and external candidate and client training with full support from your mentor to help you achieve your career goals. Our trainee consultants all join Academics with a clear pathway for rapid career development for those who want it.
