We're Hiring: Office-Based Sales Executive – VIP Sport & Music Hospitality in Glasgow (On-site) | Full-Time
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Late Start Mondays (11am) & Early Finish Fridays (3pm).
Salary: £24K Basic + Uncapped Commission. OTE: Year 1: £50K | Year 2: £75K | Year 3: £100K+

What You’ll Be Doing:- Selling high-end VIP hospitality packages (B2B & B2C)
- Prospecting, pitching, and closing deals via phone/email
- Managing client relationships and driving repeat business
- Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Representing Headline Events Ltd at major UK & international events
- Previous sales experience (phone-based ideal)
- A true self-starter – motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Strong understanding of sporting events & live entertainment
