Are you an experienced IT Business Support Analyst with a strong background in supporting local authority systems? We're looking for someone to hit the ground running in a contract role supporting a major client in Oxford.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing hands-on business support for core systems, with a key focus on EHM (Early Help Module) and LCS (Liquidlogic Children's System).
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide system guidance.
- Supporting the wider IT function and ensuring smooth operations of business-critical applications.
- Contributing to documentation, training, and process improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with EHM and LCS is essential.
- Background in Local Authority Support (LAS) is highly desirable.
