This is an opportunity to join an impressive agency who recruit for the world's leading organisations in the DeepTech, AI & Hedge Fund landscape.
They are looking at hiring the top recruiters in the UK right now and want to see people who are exceptional and know what the top 0.1% of candidates look like.
You will be stepping into a role where they are exclusively retained by the crème de la crème of the fields they work in, specifically with Tier 1 hedge funds such as DeShaw, Citadel, Millennium, Jane Street, Hudson River, etc.
Although this will be a 360 position, their actual struggle is not having enough staff to take on the amount of jobs they have across research, scientists, strategists, and traders - and are looking for top recruiters to plug directly into the world's most impressive firms to place the TOP 1%.
Logistics of the role:
- Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (could be flexible depending on individual).
- Strong base (happy to discuss DOE).
- No threshold or desk fee.
- Commissions begin at 25% flat and tier up to 55% - the earning potential here is significant when their average fee is £40K-60K, with their highest on record being £240K!
