We are currently working with a Health and Social care business based in Tamworth who are looking for a HR Administrator with a minimum of 12 months experience within a busy HR department.

HR Administrator - Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating accurate employee records in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new starter paperwork, conducting right-to-work checks, processing changes, and managing terminations.
  • Maintaining the HR system, ensuring data accuracy, creating user accounts, managing access permissions, and assisting users with system queries.
  • Support payroll by ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date and by assisting with payroll-related queries.
  • Resolve technical issues related to HR systems and ensure all HR activities are fully compliant with GDPR and data protection regulations.
  • Prepare documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and reference letters in line with company and safeguarding guidelines.
  • Support the preparation of documentation required for internal and external audits.

This role will suit someone with previous healthcare sector experience and proven HR Administration knowledge, a well-organised, conscientious individual with strong IT skills and the ability to learn quickly. Salary up to £25,000 Full time, On-site and permanent.
