Your Role Will Include

  • Leading smaller matters with minimal supervision
  • Supporting partners and managing associates on complex transactions
  • Drafting construction documentation including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke forms
  • Advising on infrastructure, decarbonisation and commercial real estate projects
  • Collaborating with real estate finance, corporate and disputes teams
  • Mentoring junior associates and trainees
  • Attending client meetings, seminars and networking events

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified UK solicitor (or equivalent experience in UK transactional construction law)
  • Strong track record in non-contentious construction, infrastructure and development projects
  • Ability to manage your own files and deliver commercial, pragmatic advice
  • Experience with development agreements, funding structures and real estate transactions
