As the Client Services Manager based in Edinburgh, you will be the primary point of contact for our US clients regarding MSP roles. Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management, administrative support, and ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes.
- Handle all administrative duties related to MSP roles, including utilizing our database to put new roles on the system.
- Leadership & Planning: Support the team by helping assign roles and outline day plans, ensuring workload is evenly distributed and aligned with client priorities.
- Process Management: Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and timelines, collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and other relevant metrics to clients and senior management.
Experience:
- Proven experience in client services, recruitment coordination, or administrative roles within the recruitment industry.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Time Zone Management:
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US client needs, our team typically works 1p-10p to accommodate the US Time zones.
