Creditsafe are in search of a skilled Content Creator to help grow our brand in the technology sector. Your primary responsibility is to curate content that informs and captivates. From social media to blogs, news articles, events coverage, internal communications, and website materials, you will be the storyteller that puts our brand in the spotlight. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our content mirrors the essence of our company's culture, values, and goals.

The HR and Business Support Team plays a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment at our headquarters in Cardiff Bay. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to both the human resources function and broader business operations, operating in close synergy with the technology department.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our technology company's team. You will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsdesk articles, events, internal and external communications, and website material. You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, driving engagement, and ensuring our content aligns with our company's mission, values, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media content strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create, schedule, and publish compelling content to drive engagement and increase our online presence. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Blog and Article Writing: Research and write high-quality blog posts, articles, and newsdesk content related to technology trends, industry news, and company updates. Optimize content for SEO and use data-driven insights to improve content performance.
  • Event Organization: Plan and coordinate technology-related events, webinars, and virtual conferences. Create event-related content, including promotional materials, press releases, and post-event summaries.
  • Internal Communications: Develop and manage internal communications strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. Create newsletters, emails, and other internal content to support company culture and information sharing.
  • Website Content Creation: Generate and maintain website content, including landing pages, product descriptions, and informative articles. Ensure that all website content is up to date, accurate, and engaging.
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain an organized content calendar to plan, schedule, and track content production and publication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing and business objectives.
  • Multimedia Content: Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and images, to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or proven work experience.
  • Proven experience in content creation, preferably within a technology or B2B environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
