A prestigious law firm in Chester is seeking a dedicated Paralegal/Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their Real Estate team. This full-time role, reporting to a Senior Fee Earner, offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will be highly valued. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the team operates at peak efficiency.

Duties:- Engage effectively with clients and third parties via telephone, written correspondence, and occasionally face-to-face, to provide advice and assistance.
- Manage and chase various documentation, including ID, mortgage offers, and searches.
- Maintain real-time updates on the case management system and third-party websites.
- Ensure clients and business introducers receive exceptional service at all times.
- Prepare necessary documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
- Compile completion packs for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices.
- Handle post-exchange matters as directed by the team manager.
- Oversee completions on the day of completion.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team.
- A minimum of 2 years of solid work experience as a Conveyancing Assistant in a Residential Conveyancing Department.
- Paralegal support experience and relevant training and/or qualifications.
