The Role:

  • As a Client Administration Legal Secretary, you’ll be the first point of contact for new client matters and play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding and administration throughout the client journey.
  • Handling all new client enquiries and organising initial meetings.
  • Sending client documentation and conducting compliance checks (including SmartSearch).
  • Opening new files on the Practice Management System.
  • Preparing files for closure and ensuring accurate archiving.

About You:

  • Strong secretarial or administrative experience, ideally within an Estate Administration or Private Client team.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused.
  • A proactive team player with a professional and positive attitude.
