Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a current RTITB Instructor certificate
- Ideally have experience of delivering training / workshops to small groups of learners
- Wealth of experience as a FLT driver
Duties:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality FLT courses to small groups of learners, instructing and testing to RTITB standards.
- You will follow schemes of work but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing and motivating training.
- Monitor student attendance and progress through regular learner assessment, reviews and feedback.
- Ensure that learner records are up to date in line with policies and procedures, GDPR and contractual requirements.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
The successful candidate must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train learners in order to help them realise their potential.
