We are looking for a Retail Strategy & Insights Manager to join us here at Cheil UK on a secondment contract (12-months) with Samsung. The role would be based at the Samsung EU HQ offices in Chertsey.

Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust marketing & product marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, drive market share growth, and increase brand visibility.
- Manage the go-to-market strategy for new product or campaign launches and build campaign objectives and KPIs and monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence, translating findings into actionable marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure a cohesive approach.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment with the headquarters, coordinating marketing efforts, sharing best practices, and reporting progress regularly.
- Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of CEO’s vision and direction.
- Coordinate and deliver ad-hoc business/marketing KPI analysis reports to support business decision-makers.
