As a 360° Property Manager & Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for all aspects of property management. From arranging inspections and inventories with external providers, to overseeing check-outs, handling deposit returns, and managing disputes, you’ll play a key role at the heart of daily operations. This is a fantastic chance for a skilled Property Manager & Maintenance Coordinator to contribute significantly in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
The Package:
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 plus OTE £2,000 (uncapped) – total £32,000
- Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:30am – 1:00pm, with time off in lieu
- Additional team-based commission opportunities
The Role:
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants to maintain high standards and satisfaction
- Organising and arranging property inspections and inventories
- Overseeing the check-out process, including paperwork, deposit returns, and dispute resolution
- Managing maintenance requests and coordinating with contractors for timely, effective solutions
- Handling tenancy renewals, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with health and safety regulations and lettings legislation
- Monitoring rent payments, preparing financial reports, and supporting maintenance budgeting
- Advising landlords on rent arrears and property refurbishments
- Overseeing refurbishment projects and managing in-house contractors
The Person:
- Previous experience in Property Management and/or Maintenance (essential)
- A proactive and well-organised approach, with strong knowledge of lettings legislation
- A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A full driving licence and access to own vehicle
