To be successful as a Client Relationship Executive, you should be able to develop a relationship heatmap for each assigned account, utilize the heatmap to rapidly develop meaningful relationships where they do not exist or are not strong enough, listen carefully to determine the client needs in areas where Treliant offers services and solutions, involve the business unit SMEs in pursuing the identified opportunities in an efficient and timely manner, collaborate effectively with the business units on RFPs, proposals and client sales meetings, and help to drive sales to a close.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a relationship heatmap for all assigned accounts
- Developing and sustaining solid professional relationships with all assigned accounts
- Developing a thorough understanding of each account’s needs and requirements and use that information to identify opportunities for the business units
- Acting as the main point of coordination between assigned accounts and internal teams
- Compiling reports on progress against building relationships, how that is translating into an end-to-end sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field
- 10+ years of proven experience working in the risk, compliance and financial crimes advisory industry with proven, recent experience in an account management role focused on the accounts to be assigned
- The ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders at accounts, especially within a remote working environment
- The ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software (Dynamics a plus)
