We are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team in London. The role will focus on processing invoices and supporting the day-to-day accounts payable activities.
Your future role within QRT:
- Process vendor invoices, including verification, approval routing and accurate cost allocation.
- Manage new and updated vendor records by conducting bank detail validations (including callbacks) across all locations, whilst maintaining a clear audit trail.
- Prepare and process weekly payment batches.
- Initiate manual payments via telegraphic and interbank transfers.
- Prepare and process intercompany invoices.
- Support the wider Finance team as needed, acting as a point of contact for employees and business areas with queries related to invoicing, expense claim submissions and processing.
Your present skillset:
- A minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable experience within the financial services sector.
- MS Office skills, in particular Excel.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
- Able to work in a highly fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Team-player.
