I’m pleased to be partnering with a fantastic Norfolk-based organisation to recruit for a Business Analyst. This is a Norwich based role, offering hybrid and flexible working. Key Responsibities You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the business needs while aligning with strategic goals, with core responsibilities including: Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements for the product backlog. Collaborate to refine user stories for clarity and alignment with business objectives. Identify areas for process improvement and automation. Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories. Analyze data requirements to support feature development. Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the development team. Provide feedback for improvement during sprint reviews. Embrace evolving requirements and priorities. Maintain up-to-date documentation of requirements and user stories. Share domain expertise with the team to foster collaboration and learning. About You Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using various business analysis tools and techniques. Clear and effective communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in business process modeling with experience in process improvement. Experienced across the delivery lifecycle from Discovery to Development in business change and software projects. Familiarity with various development methodologies, able to choose the appropriate approach for each change. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in security, property management, or real estate industries preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst. Education: IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, BSC ISEB Certificate in Business Analysis, or equivalent. Next Steps Please apply now!
