Our client: London’s foremost supplier of vending solutions to businesses and other organisations, redefining workplace refreshments and experts in office pantry supply and management. The role: As an account manager you will be responsible for managing and building long-term relationships with key clients – understanding their needs to provide solutions that align with their workplace. The account manager will maintain consistent communication with existing clients to upsell and secure orders. By creating presentations and prospecting new clients, the account manager will use market trends and competitor activities to identify and act on new business opportunities. The account manager will be required to conduct 5-10 client meetings per week whilst in the field (2 days) and the other three days will be based in their London office prospecting new business. You will be required to attend weekly business meetings to discuss sales opportunities, present strategic sales plans on a quarterly basis, and provide regular updates on performance relating to sales targets and other KPIs.
Ideal candidate: 18 months – 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role is required to be considered. A sales background in FMCG/ Food & beverages is preferential. Full UK Driving License required to be considered. Ambitious and proven history of achievement (Sports, vocational, or otherwise). Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
