My client is a global organisation with offices in Cambridgeshire and London. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner / Specialist on an initial 9 month fixed term basis. This role does require someone that can speak Swedish, Danish or Norwegian - please only apply if you fit this criteria.

Role responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle (c.15 vacancies at any given time) —from initial briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding. This role focuses on corporate services recruitment (HR, finance, legal, procurement etc).
  • Proactive Sourcing across EMEA: Leverage multiple channels to identify and engage talent, especially for niche and hard-to-fill roles across the UK, Germany and wider Europe.
  • Candidate Experience: Be a trusted point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive journey from start to finish.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, navigate challenges, and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Market Insights: Keep a close eye on talent trends and market dynamics to shape sourcing strategies and set clear expectations.

Profile:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in an in-house setting.
  • Ability to speak a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles and stakeholders at once.
  • A delivery-focused mindset with the ability to work at pace and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, with a creative and persistent approach to talent acquisition.
  • Confidence to work independently with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Passion for people, recruitment, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Due to geographies that this role will manage, the ability to speak Swedish / Danish or Norwegian is required. The role can be based in either Cambridgeshire or London - if you live further afield but can commit to 2 days per week in the office then please do still apply.
