Ladwa Recruitment are working in partnership with a prestigious, multinational listed company to recruit a brand new role as their Company Secretarial Assistant. Our client is seeking an aspiring individual to join their growing Secretariat function. Working closely with the secretariat team, reporting into the Deputy Company Secretary, this is a great opportunity to learn and develop.
The role will primarily focus on:
- Management of Group's subsidiaries
- Companies House filings
- Regulatory announcements
- FCA filings
- Annual Report and AGM planning
- Support the Group's risk and compliance programme
