As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Business Development & Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a motivated and strategic professional who excels at identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Account Management, you will play a key role in both acquiring new clients and ensuring strong, long-term relationships with existing ones. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our business and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular client visits, entertaining, and site visits
- Provide consultative guidance on venue sourcing, event management, and team-building solutions to new and existing clients
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Lead client pitches and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experience
- Support the Head of Sales and Account Management in executing the company’s sales strategy
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs/Tender opportunities and proposals for large corporate accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the scope of services provided
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems to track progress and performance
- Provide MI data and reporting to new and existing clients
- Support the Head of Sales and Account Management with preparing and hosting client review meetings
