- Greet and welcome customers offering luxury service immediately.
- Assist and develop client relationships with customers in browsing and selecting jewellery pieces.
- Consult High Net Worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery and related accessories.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with HNW clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in in-store events and promotions.
A minimum of two years of luxury retail experience, Fine Jewellery experience is preferable but not essential.
