The Role

As part of this Legal 500 Ranked Corporate Tax team you will take on a varied and engaging caseload including:

  • Tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions,
  • Corporate reorganisations and restructuring,
  • SDLT, VAT and employment taxes.

The team is led by a Legal 500-accredited Partner, supported by a group of highly skilled legal professionals who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service to their clients.
