With a strong emphasis on digital growth and operational excellence, they are investing heavily in enterprise technology to support both B2B and B2C markets. As they continue their journey of digital transformation, they’re now seeking a self-starting Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their technology team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a blend of business analysis and project management skills to take ownership of key projects across enterprise applications and digital platforms. You will work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of enterprise and application-focused projects across digital, operational, and customer-facing areas
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Deliver end-to-end project management using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget outcomes
- Support the execution of the wider digital strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency
- Collaborate across commercial, supply chain, marketing, and IT teams to align tech solutions with business objectives
- Assist in vendor coordination, software rollouts, system upgrades, and integrations
- Ensure projects comply with IT governance, GDPR, and internal change management frameworks
- Track and report on project status, risks, and benefits to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager within the FMCG industry
- Proven success in delivering projects across enterprise applications, eCommerce, CRM, or ERP platforms
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic, evolving business environment
- Understanding of both B2B and B2C processes and customer journeys
- Experience contributing to or leading digital transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and confident working with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with compliance, governance, and system best practices
- Project certifications (Agile, Prince2, PMP) are a bonus
The Offer
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + 15% bonus
Hybrid Working: 2+ days per week onsite in Ponders End (Enfield), with flexibility to work from home
