The predicted salary is between 84000 - 196000 £ per year.

Up to £140,000 plus Stock Options - London Hybrid working 3 days a week in office.

In Product is partnered with a Scale-up business who are growing sustainably in the B2C. This business is funded by some of the UK and Europe's top investors, they are looking to elevate the growth of their business through a Product Leader who can identify and execute on Product growth initiatives.

This Scale-up was founded by a team who are ambitious and understand the value of investing in their Product and Technology teams, they have proven experience in the successful scaling of Product Led businesses.

As a Lead Growth Product Manager, you will work horizontally across the entire Product journey identifying opportunities to increase growth through conversion, acquisition and retention. You will need to join this business with an ambition to be part of a high growth scale up. The coming years will be focused on driving growth post profitability, and working as a high impact and small team who test and deliver fast.

As a Lead Growth Product Manager in this business you will be the sole Product person leading growth working alongside multiple platform teams.

  • You will need to have a high growth career journey, with experience in businesses which have successfully scaled, and you will have personally moved through your career with pace and focus.
  • You will have worked in a growth focused role, where you will have an experimentation and testing approach to Product, being able to identify key growth opportunities for the Product and the ability to execute at speed.
  • You will be working with a highly experienced product, leadership and commercial team who are looking to be challenged and inspired with your ideas.
  • You must have strong commercial acumen, with a focus on Customer Acquisition Cost and Life Time Value.
