This exciting role could be an ideal step for a Part-Time Customer Support Executive who is looking to get their foot in the door of the pharma industry. The successful candidate will have relevant experience within Customer Service.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent standards of customer service are in place in a multiskilled Customer Experience Centre (CEC)
- Support the operations of our core CEC services which includes but is not limited to:
- Primary contact channels e.g. telephone and emails
- Helpline support services
