My client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, designing solutions, producing high level client presentations and ensuring successful implementation of ServiceNow projects. This role requires a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyse and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Develop detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows. Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement. Produce high quality and professional documentation in both Word and PowerPoint.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Work closely with ServiceNow developers and technical teams to design and implement solutions. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and meet client requirements. Participate in ServiceNow strategic planning. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and the deployment of solutions.
- Engagement Management Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts and team members. Participate in regular team meetings to review project progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional levels of verbal and written communication to clients and the ability to build rapport via teams and face to face. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field, or comparable work experience gained.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on ServiceNow projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis for ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and technologies.
