Compass Corporate Services are proud to be working alongside a specialist mental health provider that delivers bespoke supported living and day programmes for adolescents and young adults. Their services focus on supporting individuals with mental health challenges, eating disorders, and addiction-related behaviours. The organisation creates a secure and recovery-focused environment, empowering young people to maintain their education and build sustainable coping strategies. We are currently searching for a dynamic and proactive Clinical Administrator to support their on-site operations in Marylebone, London.
The Role
This is a newly created full-time role, supporting the Service Director and wider team with all administrative duties. The successful candidate will be based front-of-house alongside two Recovery Assistants, playing a vital role in ensuring both clinical and non-clinical administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Administrative support to the Service Director.
- Management of clinical and non-clinical paperwork.
- Oversight of compliance, GDPR and Health & Safety documentation.
- Ad-hoc office management tasks.
- Liaising with clients, staff and external professionals.
- Office and reception management duties.
- Engaging with clients and staff in a professional and supportive manner.
- Supporting a safe, welcoming and professional reception environment.
This is an immediate requirement, and we are keen to appoint a suitable candidate as quickly as possible.
Location
This position is based fully on-site in Marylebone, London. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have a reliable daily commute to the office.
Essential Criteria
- Proven administrative experience within a healthcare setting.
- Experience in mental health services is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, Health & Safety, and CQC compliance.
- Personable, client-facing manner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and identify areas for process improvement.
- Confident communicator, capable of reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Interview Process
