Oakleaf Partnership is proud to be working with a leading retail business as they look to appoint an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to join their team. Field-based, covering NW London (3 days on site / 2 days WFH). Salary: Up to £70,000.
About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned ER professional to join a high-performing team, delivering expert ER advice on complex, high-risk, and culturally significant cases. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and People Partners, shaping strategic outcomes through your advice, insight, and judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and advise on complex ER cases, including TUPE, restructures, performance, and conduct matters.
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for sensitive or high-profile cases.
- Analyse case trends using data and provide strategic insights to influence business decisions.
- Support and coach leaders to drive capability in handling ER issues.
- Conduct regular case reviews and collaborate with peers to ensure consistent, high-quality advice.
- Shape and update policy to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
