We’re working with one of the UK & Ireland’s fastest-growing home décor brands — a bold, ambitious eCommerce business that’s already hit £20m in revenue and isn’t slowing down. They’re agile, creative, and scaling quickly — and now they’re looking for a Shopify Web Developer to take their digital experience to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Shopify, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a real eye for conversion-focused UX. Sound like you? Let’s talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shopify Development & Website Functionality
    • Take ownership of the day-to-day development, optimisation, and maintenance of high-traffic Shopify stores.
    • Customise themes, build reusable components, and create slick, responsive digital experiences.
    • Collaborate with creative and eComm teams to deliver landing pages and high-performing campaigns.
    • Ensure site speed, performance, and technical integrity across all devices.
    • Troubleshoot bugs and roll out fixes without breaking what’s already working.
  • Multi-Store Management & B2B Expansion
    • Lead the rollout of multiple Shopify storefronts — regional, branded, or B2B — maintaining a consistent, optimised customer experience.
    • Build for scale: streamline infrastructure, localise intelligently, and prepare stores for growth.
    • Support B2B setups through gated content, wholesale pricing, and platform integrations.
    • Help define and evolve the Shopify Plus strategy across both retail and trade channels.
  • SEO, CRO & Analytics
    • Ensure clean, SEO-friendly code and smart site architecture.
    • Drive continuous CRO improvements using analytics tools and A/B testing.
    • Collaborate with the eComm team to surface insights from GA, Hotjar, Clarity, and Shopify reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
    • Translate creative briefs into high-quality, dev-ready work.
    • Recommend and implement technical improvements that boost conversions and UX.
    • Keep up to date with the latest Shopify features, tools, and eCommerce trends.

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid hands-on experience with Shopify (ideally Plus) — including multi-store management.
  • Front-end expertise in HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, Liquid.
  • Familiarity with APIs, Git/version control, and Shopify CLI.
  • Proven success with B2B functionality, pricing logic, and custom flows.
  • A commercial mindset with a sharp eye for design, UX, and performance.
  • Comfortable working solo or as part of a cross-functional team.

What’s in It for You

  • 4-day work week (April–September) – Fridays off, no salary trade-off
  • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus
  • Massive staff discount (think: nearly free home décor)
  • EV charging on site
  • Enhanced maternity pay
  • A supportive team that gets things done, fast
  • Real ownership and space to innovate
