Code Delivery Manager
Fixed-Term contract – 23 months

This role sits within the Code Team which is part of the Property Directorate. The Property Team is accountable for the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across the shared and unilateral network property portfolio, ensuring partners & suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines when undertaking work or upgrades on the property estate.
Joining our Property Team as the Code Delivery Manager, you will drive the delivery of lease renewals ensuring MBNL achieve targets agreed in line with MBNLs corporate objectives as well as ensure data cleansing/integrity is progressed across all Suppliers (external Property Agents and Lawyers) and internal teams (RPS’s, internal Lawyers) with the support of the Project Analyst.
What you will do:
Set up, chair and own Meetings with external Property Agents, External Lawyers, and Internal Teams to drive the delivery of lease renewals.
Create bespoke reporting utilising Site Tracker functionality to be able to evaluate performance and highlight areas requiring focus.
Propose continuous improvements to ensure maximum efficiency in delivery of lease renewals.
Ensure data integrity within Site Tracker is maintained to a high standard and with the support of the project analyst complete data checks within MBNL's Tools & Systems.
Manage Regional portfolios of sites with Multi-Site Providers or large Landlord Agents developing negotiation strategies with the support of the other Delivery Managers and Senior Project Manager .
Ensure Regional Supplier contract KPIs are managed, participate in review meetings with Suppliers and MBNL commercial teams to manage supplier performance effectively.
Create and own a 'Priority Plan' targeting opportunities to achieve volumetric Targets – e.g MSP portfolios, councils, known agents.
