Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the compliance process by collecting and verifying documents for education staff
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate files in line with safeguarding requirements
- Liaising with candidates to ensure vetting paperwork is completed quickly and accurately
- Supporting payroll processes to help ensure timely, correct payments for temporary workers
- General administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, filing, and responding to email queries
- Providing day-to-day support to the recruitment team to ensure excellent service delivery
