Role OverviewWhat you will be doing… Map, develop, and implement sales processes for international operations, ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead the migration from SAP to NetSuite. Integrate UK and French businesses into Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring global alignment. Manage UK and international sales order creation processes for accuracy and efficiency. Oversee international Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs) and ensure compliance with regional requirements. Optimise processes, ensure financial accuracy, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Analyse sales data to identify trends, improve forecasts, and inform strategic decisions. Generate actionable insights and create stakeholder reports to track sales performance and opportunities. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Implement automation tools to improve sales efficiency and customer engagement. Partner with international marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies with organisational objectives. Ensure seamless communication across departments to support global sales initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Support sales representatives and operations specialists through training and development programs. Lead onboarding efforts for new hires, ensuring they are equipped to succeed. Collaborate on the development of sales incentive programs aligned with company goals. Stay up-to-date on emerging sales tools and technologies to improve team performance.
