We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Skincare Counter Manager, you will be working in a luxury Department Store in the heart of London. After a decade's worth of research, this stunning brand is a neuroscience-based skincare brand that champions the powerful link between the skin and emotions.
As a Counter Manager, you are a brand ambassador. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Consultants to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele.
An overview of your responsibilities:
