Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work on a one-to-one basis with a Key Stage 2 child in Wolverhampton. This is a full-time role, requiring patience and commitment to support a child who is frequently out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored one-to-one support to a KS2 child with behavioural needs.
- Implement strategies to help manage behaviour and promote engagement with learning.
- Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to create a supportive environment.
- Offer emotional and social guidance to help the child develop positive coping mechanisms.
