We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Skincare Business Manager, based in a world famous department store in the heart of Knightsbridge. As a Business Manager, you are a brand ambassador. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Consultants to achieve their sales targets.

An overview of your responsibilities:

  • General
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve excellence.
  • Set goals, schedules and ensure high-quality service.
  • Welcome and maintain confidentiality.
  • Manage customer files.
  • Oversee counter operations and opportunities.
  • Build relationships with store management.
  • Manage budgets and orders, follow company policies.
  • Develop clientele, plan events, network in community.
  • Sales
    • Lead team to achieve/exceed sales targets.
    • Proactively sell, link-sell and provide luxury service.
    • Increase average transaction value and items per transaction.
    • Organise counter activities and manage appointments.
  • Management
    • Coach and develop team members, manage stock levels.
    • Grow business through events and appointments.
    • Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
    • Proactively manage beauty therapists’ performance.
  • Service
    • Be knowledgeable on all the brand’s products.
    • Demonstrate products through consultations and makeovers.
    • Recruit new clients, build relationships and gain loyalty.
    • Educate clients on products and brands.
    • Achieve CRM and service targets.

    Our ideal candidate has high end Beauty Counter/Business Manager experience. To thrive in this role, you’ll be a sales-savvy manager experienced in the luxury beauty sector. You’ll have the tenacity to deliver exceptional customer service, the drive to constantly grow the business, and the confidence to engage customers and convert sales. With your product knowledge and communication skills, you’ll identify perfect products for each client. You are required to have new business development skills and experience and the ability to manage and develop a team.
