Your mission
- As a talent partner (360), you will be responsible for creating an exceptional candidate and customer experience.
- You will win business, build relationships, network, manage client relationships, and recruit potential candidates within your market.
Company facing responsibilities
- Develop long-term relationships and partnerships with clients.
- Understand client requirements at both a strategic and tactical level.
- Leverage Elemed solutions across all areas of talent management.
- Build strong commercial and long-term relationships with clients.
- Work collaboratively with other business areas to leverage opportunity.
- Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets.
- Train new members of the team.
Candidate facing responsibilities
- Nurture and develop relationships with our talent community.
- Run search campaigns online and by phone.
- Conduct headhunting and market mapping.
- Manage contact with candidates through to offer negotiation.
- Provide interview coaching and general career advice.
- Convert target cold candidates to warm candidates.
- Use our customised CRM to manage candidate records.

What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience recruiting in a permanent, technical market.
- Experience covering international/european markets.
- 360 Recruitment experience in the medical device or diagnostics industry.
- Track record of overachieving targets.
- Strong search skills using various recruitment tools.
- Consistent placements over a minimum of a 1-year period.
- Resilient, creative, curious, and process-driven.
