This role will ideally suit a student looking for a GAP year placement not just for the Summer, or someone who is finishing their studies this year and is looking to gain experience.   What You Will Do: – Assist employees with travel visa applications, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and on time. – Maintain up-to-date employee data, including right-to-work checks and driving licence validations, while ensuring confidentiality. – Support training administration and keep training records updated in line with internal processes. – Provide assistance with on-boarding, off-boarding, employee well-being, and other HR-related projects. – Process invoices for the HR and Facilities team, ensuring compliance with internal payment procedures. – Coordinate staff events and support initiatives like the Learn to Ride and Cycle to Work schemes.
