We have a fantastic opportunity with a leading Oil & Gas/Energy client, offering the chance to join their team for an initial 6-month contract (with potential to extend to 9-12 months).
Start Date: Beginning of June

Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day advisory on UK Employment Law matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement, and sickness absence.
- Provide extensive individual case management to the HR team, supporting various employee relations scenarios.
- Support on projects such as redundancies, TUPE, and reorganisation work.
- Assist in HR policy formulation and provide strategic input into managing employment litigation in UK tribunals.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years’ PQE (though we’re open to more senior candidates with relevant experience).
- Strong advisory experience in UK Employment Law (disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in redundancy law, TUPE, and employment tribunals.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the wider team.
