This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that's entering a phase of growth and exciting change. As a Retail Development Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the expansion and success of independent retailers across this important region.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building Relationships & Driving Sales: Work closely with convenience retailers in your region to foster strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring they realise their potential and achieve growth.
- Customer Support & Problem Solving: Act as the main point of contact for your customers, providing expert advice and support to resolve challenges they may face in-store.
- Managing Your Schedule & Territory: Take responsibility for planning your visits and managing a schedule that allows you to provide excellent service to a wide range of retail customers across your region.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Liaise with internal departments such as IT, logistics, and operations to resolve any queries and ensure smooth interactions between the business and customers.
- Driving Performance & Meeting KPIs: Own and manage your performance, ensuring you deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs) and help grow the business through effective sales strategies.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in FMCG Sales & Retail: You have a proven track record in driving commercial success, with experience in food retail or FMCG sales.
