Night Care Assistant – Required at St Johns Care Home in Spalding, Lincolnshire -Part of the Country Court Family Hours: Nights, 33 Hours available per week, working weekends on rota (Shift times 07:00pm- 07:00am) As a well-established part of the community in Spalding, St Johns Care Home provides residential and specialist dementia care in a warm, family-led setting. ABOUT THE CARE ASSISTANT (NIGHTS) ROLE Within the Care Assistant role, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include: Helping our residents with personal support and care Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs Supporting residents at meals time Interacting with our residents on a personal level Maintaining and developing the residents care plan to ensure their needs are met ABOUT YOU Our fantastic staff are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents.
