Florin Healthcare have partnered alongside a fantastic private elderly care provider for a Deputy Home Manager position in Southwest London. Our client is looking for a new Clinical Deputy Manager to support the existing Home Manager in one of their elderly care services which provides Nursing, Residential and Dementia Care. The home is a luxury care home and is performing well, fully staffed and has an excellent clinical team in place.

The role is fully supernumerary and is a Monday to Friday position, although you may have to do the odd Saturday / Sunday here and there. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the home's operations in absence of the Manager and to oversee formal supervision and carry out clinical supervision with trained nurses on a quarterly basis.

Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum but is negotiable.
