Senior Software Engineer – Oxfordshire/Hybrid – £100-120K Austin Fraser is currently supporting an innovative and award-winning organisation in Oxfordshire who are continuously striving to solve global challenges. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a focus on AWS to join on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in shaping the architectural vision and strategy for their cloud-based applications. Furthermore, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and DevOps, to design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure software solutions. Requirements: Extensive software development experience with at least 3+ years in an architecture or senior technical leadership role. AWS expertise, Proven experience designing and implementing complex, large-scale, distributed systems in the cloud. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectural patterns such as microservices, serverless, event-driven architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience mentoring junior staff and providing guidance on architectural decisions.
