Rewards and Benefits on Offer; * The opportunity to work with a dynamic and cultured team of professionals * Working from home opportunity * A temporary to permanent position * Flexible working hours * Continuous training and development The Job You’ll Do; * Conduct calls to generate high quality leads in Korean and English. * Research contacts and consider their requirements prior to communication. * Acquire, with training, good knowledge of product features and applications and be able to utilise this information efficiently within your communication. * Understand the needs of the prospective customer and react accordingly. * Maintain organised and detailed records of customer interactions. * Support your colleagues and work as a team. * Deliver a very high standard of quality and professionalism at all times. * Be available to work Monday to Friday 6am – 10am About you; * Full Korean and English Fluency is essential. * Exceptional communication skills. * Positive attitude and result driven. * Good team and interpersonal skills * Confidence to direct the course of a conversation and handle objections. * Well-organised and conscientious, with excellent attention to detail * Ability to quickly learn new processes
