Leading IT Consultancy with offices in the UK and Europe (Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland) is looking to recruit a permanent Lead Generator/Business Development Executive. We deliver a range of services from IT Consultancy, Software Project Development and Infrastructure/Application Support Services for our corporate clients covering Insurance, Banking, Pharma, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics & Leasing, Publishing and Charity domains (including UN organizations).
The Lead Generator/Business Development Executive role will involve targeting the UK and European market for our internal Sales. The role will be based 2 days per week in one of our offices (Horsham/Borehamwood) and would include occasional travel to our Netherlands office.
As OCS is part of an Employee Ownership Trust, after a qualifying period the successful candidate will be able to contribute to the company's future vision and share the profits.
Key Requirements include:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a lead generation/business development type role or within a sales team for a services-based company - mandatory
- Multilingual fluent in English and French (ideally English, French and Dutch) - mandatory
- Experience of administrating, reporting and tracking activities
- Experience of cold calling, making approaches via LinkedIn and assisting marketing with mailing campaigns including content creation
- Experience of target list creations
- Proven track record of relationship building
- Self-starting is essential to be successful in this role
- Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
- A team player with excellent personable skills
- Ambitious and goal oriented.
