We’re working with one of the best digitally integrated marketing agencies in Leeds. Known for their high standards, creative firepower, and enviable client roster, they’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join their talented team.
You’ll work across a variety of B2B and B2C accounts, managing always-on content and campaigns that inform, inspire, and perform across an exciting client portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning and executing day-to-day social activity for client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Planning and managing creative campaigns — from ideation through to activation and analysis
- Writing punchy, on-brand copy for a range of formats (social posts, captions, scripts, etc.)
- Creating native-first content, including self-shot video for TikTok and Reels (basic editing skills a big plus)
- Scheduling and publishing content using tools like Sprout Social and Meta Business Suite
- Monitoring trends and engaging with communities in real-time
- Reporting on campaign performance, uncovering insights, and making recommendations
- Collaborating with design, video, and wider account teams to ensure seamless delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of hands-on UCG experience managing social media for brands or agencies
- A strong understanding of how to tailor content for different platforms, especially TikTok, Reels, and Stories
- Confidence in writing compelling copy that aligns with brand tone and drives engagement
- Experience working with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, and basic analytics dashboards
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment
- A passion for staying plugged into trends, creators, and content formats that drive relevance
- Knowledge of paid social strategy and execution
